Centre County Communities That Care® is a community-based process.  This process provides a structured system in which members of existing human service organizations, government agencies, schools, the business sector, and the community can work cooperatively to plan, implement, and evaluate programs and services for youth.  The Centre County Communities That Care® collaborative was intiated in 1999 and has diverse representation and  the active  involvement of Bald Eagle, Bellefonte, and Penns Valley school districts.
