Executive Committee:

The Centre County Communities That Care® process is overseen by an Executive Committee that is responsible for the following:

• Driving the collaborative process and energizing a vested and high performance Prevention Board
• Contributing to the planning of the organizational structure, the establishment of bylaws, the enhancement of operating procedures, and the development of communication and reporting protocols
• Coordinating the fiscal and legal status of the collaborative
• Coordinating the implementation of the prevention strategy
• Coordination of work groups and accountability for their activities
• Fostering school-district support for continued administration of the Pennsylvania Youth Survey (PAYS) and responsible analysis and dissemination of survey results
