The Pennsylvania Youth Survey (PAYS) was conducted of 6th, 8th, 10th, and 12th graders in the Bellefonte, Bald Eagle, and Penns Valley Area School Districts in 2001, 2003, and 2005.  The 2005 PAYS data has just been released.

Centre County Communities That Care® has published a community data report highlighting the CTC® process in the communities of Bald Eagle, Bellefonte, and Penns Valley Area School Districts.  The report depicts local youth substance use rates and identifies the risk and protective factors influencing local youth.
